Heritage Park Estate aims to not only respond to the natural, countryside beauty of Baldivis for your enjoyment and relaxation, but it also aims to maintain and preserve the integrity of the environment, in and around Heritage Park, for the benefit of our future generations.
This is achieved by a range of high standard sustainability principles and initiatives, in the building of environmentally friendly homes and the seamless and low-impact integration of homes, beautifully landscaped open spaces, park lands, paths, road ways and a bridle path for local horse enthusiasts, with the natural geography and botany of the estate. Wherever possible we have retained, rehabilitated and incorporated mature stands of trees, bush and plantation will be incorporated not cleared. Our estate will contain carefully selected water-wise plants designed to suit local environmental conditions.

Harrington Waters was the first estate in Western Australia to introduce Turf smart which was a self driven initiative by Rockingham Park towards a reduction in portable water demands.
