Why are home sites allocated specifically for Summit House and Land Packages?
Summit Homes, New Generation Homes and Lifestyle Homes are all affiliated to Rockingham Park Pty Ltd, the developer of Heritage Park. As such we have carefully selected home sites within Heritage Park that are to have premium homes built from within the range of quality and aesthetically appealing homes and set a standard for other homes at Heritage Park.
Are there to be Restrictive Covenants on the building of homes?Yes, there are. Click here to view. This is the best way, in our opinion, to ensure the quality of built form is reflective of the high standards of the estate. In addition, we will be showing by example, in the homes we build, homes that meet and exceed the minimum requirements of these covenants – further assurance for future residents. The estate plan and development works will continue to ensure preservation of the selected trees.
