We would like to take this opportunity to introduce the Heritage Park team
Alan brings a wealth of experience to the sales team at Heritage
Park Estate and works closely with his son Clinton to deliver the best possible
results for clients wanting to build their dream home on their preferred site.
In addition to managing the land sales function, Alan is
responsible for the ongoing management of the Estate, including liaising with Local
Government Authorities and contractors.
Alan is fully experienced and conversant with the building
process in terms of efficiency, availability and has a vital interest in
achieving an outstanding completed product within the Estate.
His knowledge of design and the home building process was honed
during his time working for the Summit Homes Group, as a senior building
consultant and a HIA member.
