Making the process easy - happy purchasers Laura and Steven

The experience of purchasing land and building a home in Heritage Park has been a dream from the start. Though we are just at the beginning of our journey, as first home buyers, my partner and I had started to wonder whether home ownership would ever happen for us. We spent six months in the real estate rat race, fighting for the opportunity to give vast sums of money to owners who had a glut of buyers in our price range.
After talking with a friend who had built in Baldivis for less than the price of some of the established homes we'd coveted and after eliminating some of the myths we'd heard about building, I drove through the area to check out some of the estates. Estates I had previously coveted, on closer inspection, had been over-developed and had lost the countryside appeal of the suburb. All the homes looked the same. So when I spotted online that Heritage Park had park-side blocks available in our price range, a stone's throw from the Kwinana Freeway and the new Perth to Bunbury Highway, I took a drive to the estate and was sold by its tranquillity. This was a sign of things to come.
Dealing with Project Sales Consultant Alan Firth has given us the wonderful and excited feeling that home ownership should give everyone. We left our first meeting with Alan, grinning. After our second meeting, my partner and I `high-fived' at the car. And when we handed over the deposit for our land, at some stupid time of the evening that Alan had uncomplainingly accommodated because of our busy schedules, we danced like fools in the moonlight on our block. Gone was the anxiety. Gone was the stress. Gone was the worry that everything would collapse around our ears. We truly look forward to visiting Alan.
I drive five kilometres several times a week just to walk my dog on the beautiful bush trails at the front of the estate. Even when speed bumps appeared on the road, Alan simply drove us around them. We had found our home and we could build it the way we wanted, where we wanted, with two companies (Heritage Park and Summit Homes) that truly had our interests at heart.
And that is the difference we found at Heritage Park.
